Wonder Cement - Regional Head - Marketing (10-15 yrs)
We are a young and amongst the fastest growing cement company in North India with a installed capacity of 6.75 million tons of cement per annum. We manufacture one of the best quality cement in India. At the moment we are present in Rajasthan, MP, Gujarat, Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab and UP. We plan to scale up our operations and become a pan India player.
We are looking forward to a candidate from any industry/business working on the model of sales through marketing network of dealers and distributors. The candidate may not be from cement industry. We feel that a bright candidate can learn the nuances of cement trade in less than two years. Our sale is divided into several regions and we would like to handover one region to the selected candidate. He will be responsible for the targeted sale and revenue realisation for that region and reporting directly to the Sales Head.
The job offers tremendous growth opportunity as the candidate can look forward to head the Zone and then become a Sales Head. As the company plans to be a pan India player in a short time, the growth of the candidate will be linked to the growth of the company.
