VP / Lead Consultant - Healthcare Solutions  Location- Gurgaon  Job Details  - Lead the process of defining, articulating and support the selling of healthcare propositions and solutions at WNS.  - Demonstrate sound thought leadership around healthcare best practices, models, frameworks, trends, etc.  - Lead practice development in focus domains; Analyze industry value chain, identify retail related opportunities across the value chain, build solutions to address these opportunities  - Support Business Units in building business plans, go-to-market strategy and help organization in executing it  - Work with Internal (Sales, Marketing) and external (clients, advisors) stakeholders to create demand and deliver industry-leading value propositions / solutions   - Work with Business Units to incubate new solutions through consulting, diagnostics, POCs etc and deliver successful outcomes  - Provide sales support in terms of writing proposals, providing time-effort estimates and creating samples/ demos/ prototypes.  Desired Profile -  - Healthcare Solutions background with Tier 1 BPO   - 14 + years of experience and should have experience in consulting CXO's across Healthcare/Lifescience organizations
