Manage delivery of advanced analytic solutions in the Revenue Management group :
- Oversee delivery as well as contribute individually on projects
- Methodology development, scoping, effort/time estimation
- Ensure standards on quality, timelines and scopes are met
- Engage with clients to both understand the business problem as well as help them understand the technicalities that make business sense
Industry knowledge : Travel & Hospitality preferable
Functional Knowledge : Operations Research, Customer Analytics, Forecasting & Optimization
Qualification/Prior work experience:
- Masters in Statistics
- 8 - 12 years of experience in the above functional areas and industries
- Deep expertise in using SAS, R
- Deep expertise in techniques like Advanced Linear Regression (GLM/Mixed Models, Multiplicative models etc.), Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Clustering, Bayesian Approaches, Forecasting techniques (ARIMA, Holt Winters etc.), Optimization and Simulation
- Experience with customer analytics, applied operations research, campaign analytics
Soft skills :
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders and engage in technically
- Excellent executive communication skills
- Unstructured problem solving skills
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Ability to become a Trusted Advisor to both clients and internal business teams
