Sr. Group Manager (AVP) - Training Travel and F&A ( Functional/Process )

Location : Mumbai

WNS Global is looking for Training Leader responsible for leading a team of trainers through various learning initiatives like new hire training, cross-training, continuous learning, and e-learning environments. Strong time management and organizational skills, composure under pressure, flexibility, and a passion for learning and development are must-have qualities for this position.

Candidate Profile :

Educational qualification: Graduate/ PG

Experience: 10-15 years, with minimum 8-9 years of training experience

Functional skill:

- Should have managed large training teams.

- New hire training, soft skill training and knowledge management

- Understanding of Adult learning concepts, new learning technologies, Need based training, Industry best practices of training

Domain Skill: Airline- PRA/ CRA (Refunds, Fares knowledge essential)

- Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Processes

Required Skills:

- Should demonstrate understanding of various learning concepts

- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage internal and external stake holder expectation

- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills

- Flexibility, adaptability, and composure

- Proficiency of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Exceptional skills in data interpretation and analysis.

- Ability to multitask and creative thinking and meet operational SLA

- Working knowledge of Six sigma tools and concepts
