KRITI SHARMA, ASSISTANT MANAGER - OPS

Position: Sr. Group Manager (AVP)

Qualification: Graduate (Science or Commerce), PG, Engineer, MBA

Certification : Black Belt from ISI, QAI, ASQ etc. preferred with F&A exposure

Reports to : Lead Consultant/GM BU Quality

Location : Pune

Yr of Experience : 10+ with people management skills

Key Accountabilities:

- Drive Business Process Excellence and Transformation Projects preferably for F&A and Research & Analytics kind of business

- Identify key operating areas forOperations and drive improvement initiatives (Process Improvement / Transformation / Automation etc.) to attain process excellence

- Facilitate process transitions and SLA adherence for the processes in the vertical

- Along with regional management teams, identify and lead key Projects, improve processes and develop best practices across the business.

- Help to develop processes/tools to understand current state and design future state business processes and the execution thereof whenever required specific to F&A domain.

- Oversee analysis business processes to understand cost of operating current/new business and operational risk exposure and mitigation.

- Help operations to build project tracking metrics and processes to build an internal body of knowledge for future projects (Business Process Management).

- Identify, select, lead and mentor OE (Operational Excellence) projects applying Lean & Six Sigma methodology.

Job Responsibilities

- Drive Six-Sigma, Lean and business Impact projects

- Drive Quality Management System within the vertical

- Drive Quality Net Savings and Innovation (Brainwave) in the vertical

- Drive VOC actionable across the team and maintain / improve scores

- Drive inputs from VOC for improvements

- Contribute and present in client/customer reviews/meetings

- Adhere to compliance to quality standard

- Initiate best practice sharing across the team and vertical

- Drive people development by aligning to the quality DNA program

- Drive culture of data-based decision making

- Mentor Green Belts (GBs) towards successful certification, and drive measurable improvements in Cost, Capacity, Control and/or Client needs for various F&A accounts.
