KRITI SHARMA, ASSISTANT MANAGER - OPS

- Must be from a Property & Casualty background with some team management experience

- Analyze claim, premium and related data to support the senior team members in their decision making processes.

- Develop complex actuarial and valuation models.

- Prepare insightful monitoring of segment claims experience and key performance indicators.

- Perform statistical/actuarial analysis to assist in the estimation of claim costs for the company's accounts and budgeting process,

- Premium liabilities

- Risk premiums

- The impact of various rating factors on risk premiums calculations;

- Overall premium rates;

- Capital requirements and allocations; and

- Reinsurance requirements and allocations.

- Maintaining and expanding documentation of processes and methodology

- Prepares technical reports or related documentation for different lines of Business as required.

- Owns service delivery of multiple deliverable and deliver above SLA performance aligned with strategy, focusing on efficiency, productivity, insight & quality.

- Coaches and drives team members to deliver a first class service.

- Client/Customer management: proactive communication and effective expectation management.

- Ensure strict adherence to quality and audit requirements including QC procedures.

- Work collaboratively across multiple teams to meet requirements of the Management team - offshore and onshore.

- Liaise with onshore team to understand project specifications, develop solution and work plan.

Competencies :

- Actuarial - having cleared at least 2 actuarial papers, and with GI experience

- Strong Communicator - able to listen, understand and speak effectively

- Strong analytically /problem solving skills

- Excellent PC skills, particularly with the full MS Office suite of programs. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Oracle SQL

- Rate Assessor / Rate Optimizer

- Trainer level knowledge and understanding of insurance processes can articulate the purpose and benefit of deliverable to peers and subordinates

- Strong understanding of delivering a service with customer focus can instill sense of urgency in team members and inspire them to go the extra mile when required.
