Reporting to : General Manager

- Strong US mortgage experience - Mandatory

- Individual will be responsible for managing the transition of any new engagement signed off, as well as delivering the current ongoing assignments for the client

- Must have high analytical skills, be able to see patterns, be a fast thinker and a good decision maker

- Strong communication and relationship management skills.

- Play a significant role in long-term planning toward operational excellence.

- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.

- Responsible for P&L

- 10+ years of experience in managing operations

- Strong people and client management skills
