Certification: Six Sigma(Black Belt, MBB)
Transformation Quality in the Travel CIS space.
10+ years of experience in Contact Centre/Customer Service experience - Voice Process is a must.
Creating opportunities & executing for client value, growth, product development in CIS space, consulting opportunities.
Strong oral & written communication, domain experience in CIS and Quality/ transformation tools + client connects-
Candidate should be an expertise in Consulting & Transformation.
Strong Six Sigma and Lean skills. Experience of doing high impact Six Sigma and Lean projects
Good skills on identifying opportunities for automation, transformation, consulting etc
Knowledge on RPA, Technology tools, Digital transformations etc would be preferred.
Client facing Role & Analytical Blend is a must.
Travel domain Preferred.
