- Responsible for all HR line activities during the life cycle of the employee

- Provides BU-specific skills and overall leadership-oriented development and training infrastructure.

- Assesses compensation structure, stock programs, and organization structure

- Ensures that the Executive Team and the board are prepared for future

- Work closely with the Operations and business partners for HR delivery / People Practices

- Develop Successors in the Team

- MIS Exposure, with grounded exposure Analysis Trends and HR Statistics

- Ability to lead a team

- Ensuring Implementation of Performance Management

- Handle IJP Programs

- Innovate & Execute Regular R&R Programs

- Client Presentations
