- Good knowledge on standard Business Processes; specifically in Business Intelligence, Data Management Services, Big Data Analytics & Visualization solutions

- Experienced in responding to RFx

- Excellent interpersonal skills to lead a team

- Excellent Customer Interfacing skills

- Proficient in English Language

- Proficiency in, Communication management tools (MS Office applications), Project Management tools (MS Project), Analysis support tools (MS Vision )

Highest Education level : I-Master's Level Degree

Job Description and Key accountability :

- Managing Solution Offerings (Business Solution, Technology Solution, Partnerships for Platforms & Tools)

- Business Development (Branding, Hunting & Firming, Pre-Sales)

- Manage complex RFx (bids with globally located virtual teams from an offshore or onsite locations)

- Customer Management (Client Relationship, Account Management & Service Delivery Management)

- Engage CxO level client representatives on their offshore visits & Participate in solution presentations

- Identification & Building proactive solutions to address White spaces

- Lead a team of Sr. Consultants for Vertical Solutions

- Running a profitable business with P&L responsibilities

Travel Required : Frequent
