WNS - Manager - Modeling & Data Sciences

- Manage a high performing team of analytic professionals.

- Interacting with clients on requirement basis.

- Work closely with the client & team members to deliver better and efficient campaign models.

- Knowledge of statistical techniques (OLS, Logistic regression, CHAID, Cluster, Factor Analysis, etc) and statistical tools (SAS, R, SPSS, SQL)

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Statistics/ Economics/ Mathematics / Applied Operation Research with minimum 2-3 years of experience in analytics domain

- Good Working knowledge of Campaign Management Domain (Optional)

- Good communication skills

- Competent analytical skills

- Knowledge of MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint )(Optional)

- Knowledge of SAS, SQL (Optional)
