- Interface with business partners within various teams of the client's functional &operational areas to understand the business process, business needs and detailed requirements around data analytics
- Conduct detail analysis of data as per given objective to solve business problems depending on the business requirement.
- Manage the end to end delivery of given analytical project
- Manage and lead team of 2-4 members
- Ability to assess the risks which can affect project delivery. Proactive highlighting them to the regional lead.
- Produce high impact presentations and commentary alongside the analytics off-shore team/key stakeholder(s).
Competency- Skills & Knowledge/ Values and Behaviours:
- B.Tech/B.E/B. Stats/MCA. Master's degree essential (MBA / Statistics / Economics)
- Knowledge of statistical techniques (OLS, Logistic regression, CHAID, Cluster, Factor Analysis, etc) and advance analytical techniques such as Neural network, random forest, gradient boosting etc.
- Hands on knowledge in statistical tools (SAS, R, SPSS, SQL) and advanced Python, Machine Learning for model implementation
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing and growth oriented environment with regularly changing priorities and developing opportunities
- Prior experience in an Insurance domain preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to influence and gain consensus
- Strong team player, with an ability to work in an unstructured environment and a drive to learn new skills and business processes
Selected folks must be willing to be serve a minimum tenure of 18 months
