KRITI SHARMA, ASSISTANT MANAGER - OPS

The WNS Think team will work towards positioning WNS as an end to end BPM player offering industry points of view. We work to create business insights that are relevant to our customers- business. These insights are based on various primary and secondary research studies we undertake to understand market trends that are shaping up across industries. For this purpose we intend to work with subject experts within WNS, leading academic institutions, research think-tanks and global publications.

Some of the key responsibilities will be:

- Identify areas of interest for the organization and client industry and build insights around them that are then communicated through various channels - sales force, digital and social media, events etc. For this purpose work with various stakeholders across the organization

- Drive thought leadership research projects - including research planning, liaising with external research partners, development of research instruments, project tracking, data analysis, whitepaper writing, and promotions

- Build an online engagement platform for community of internal and external stakeholders to contribute towards though leadership initiatives

- Contributes to IP Creation, demonstration of IP in various forums by creating presentation and POV documents to build innovative solution for the customers

Desired Skills and Experience

- Exceptional written and verbal communication

- Ability to understand business and technology trends across a range of industries and map them to WNS's messaging

- Ability to conduct quantitative & statistical analysis, qualitative analysis, and the effective communication of this analysis

- Knowledge of market research techniques

- Ability to work with virtual teams, strong interpersonal skills enabling connects with people at various levels of seniority

- An eye for detail and the ability to prepare deliverables to high standards of quality

- Ability to prioritize and to be comfortable with ambiguity

- Ability to take a new idea and see it through to execution

- Hands on person that strives to meet deadlines and expectations 100% of the time
