For more information, visit www.wns.com  Role requirements  Role:   - Understanding of the Oral Care/Consumer health space, with a view to engaging on and successfully closing projects from stakeholders (incl. end clients).  - Good communicator, possessing analytical capabilities and domain depth, complemented with proven report writing and project execution skills.   - Should have consistently worked on project-specific teams (with 3-5 people incl. Jr.analyst / analyst/Sr. analyst) in a methodical fashion in an on-demand business-research environment.   - Clinical experience with a sound understanding of the oral health conditions.   - Overall experience of 6-7 years or more.  Key Accountabilities:   - Execution of projects in consultation with the End Client, team members and manager(s)  - Identification, analyzing and reporting of project-relevant data from sundry sources with a view to closing projects; able to demonstrate project-relevant performance independently.   - Capable, professional conduct is mandatory.  Knowledge/Qualifications:   - Bachelor's/ Masters in Dental Sciences (BDS) with Oral Care/Consumer health experience   - Preferably, also an MBA, complemented by appropriate project specific work experience (Domain depth in Oral Care/ Consumer Healthcare, complemented with proven report writing and project management skills)  Capabilities:  - Project management (Preferred), Clear understanding and exposure to healthcare (especially Oral/Consumer healthcare), Internet Searching Skills  - Report writing skills, creating reports that offer contextually relevant insights  - Should be familiar with Business Research (Secondary research skills)  - Proficient knowledge on MS Office (esp. PowerPoint and Excel) is mandatory  - Awareness of market landscape, current developments, leading players and products  - Sound knowledge about clinical trials and the scientific environment in the space  - Should understand the regulatory climate relevant to CONSUMER HEALTHCARE/Rx space esp. in US/EU5 (overview only)  - Database familiarity (Datamonitor/Euromonitor, Dialog, GNPD, Nexis/Factiva, Pubmed and other scientific databases)  - Performance in a supported Client-facing role, with a view to enabling the manager on handling high-value and demanding clients  - Clinical experience with deep understanding of the oral disease conditions, dental treatments, dental products and its associated factors  - Ability to do multitasking with perfection.
