KRITI SHARMA, ASSISTANT MANAGER - OPS

Process description:

- The incumbent would be expected to provide advanced analytics support to leading Insurance players

- Candidate would be expected to provide business insights through data interpretation, business analysis and statistical modeling to ensure a positive impact on business bottom line and top line

Job Responsibilities:

- Liaise with onshore/offshore stakeholders to define problem statements, design the relevant analytical solution and ensure effective implementation of the solution

- Work across different teams to develop an understanding of the domain, portfolio and data quality

- Develop descriptive and predictive models to solve business problems depending on the business requirement

- Create and manage the entire project plan & execution and adhere to prescribed TAT's and SLA's

- Ensure every piece of work produced by the team is of high quality and accuracy

- Manage the team activity tracking and co-creation of activity planning

- Responsible for the overall development of junior analysts within the team

- Produce presentations and commentary alongside the analytical output for the on-shore team/key stakeholder(s)

- Participate in capability development by developing case studies, whitepapers and other collaterals for the business problems tackled

- Review effectiveness of models to determine readiness for business use

Competency: Skills & Knowledge/ Values and Behaviours:

- Experience in project management, client & team management (preferred)

- Extremely hands on with data mining and statistical tools like SAS, SQL, R, Knowledge Seeker, etc.

- Capability to solve complex business and process related problems

- Knowledge of advanced statistical modelling techniques

- Analytical Thinking

- Ability to work as a team player

- Willing to learn and apply new things

- Ability to interpret data, and use logic to derive at reasons

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in written

- Ability to create and present high quality presentation to senior stakeholders

- Minimum work experience required 6 + years of Experience
