- Strong understanding of financial processes and applications - Expense Management or General Accounting & Recon or financial reporting process

- General knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS preferred

- Strong understanding of financial processes and applications - Financial statement analysis / SEC reporting / XBRL taxanomy / Derivative Hedge accounting / Impairment reporting /Transfer accounting/financial close process

- Exposure in US GAAP , IFRS mandatory

- 3-10 year of working experience in GL or Financial reporting in BPO industry / finance department of large commercial organization/ Handled Team size 5+

- Prior experience of Financial Reporting in US GAAP / IFRS , knowledge of best practice and emerging developments in similar multinational organizations.

Education :

- B.com or degree equivalent.

- Qualified member of internationally recognized accounting body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)

Shift Timing :- US Timing ( however long work hours expected during close periods)
