About the Role :

At WizIQ, data drives all of our decision-making. As a part of the Business Intelligence Team, you'll be using data to inform business and product decisions across the company. Using your technical skills and business acumen, you'll build tools to automate reporting and dashboard updates. You'll be involved from project inception to report design through to data delivery, ensuring that your reports are delivering high-quality and relevant data so that our business can grow intelligently.

Business Intelligence Analysts work with Engineering and other groups to conduct data-oriented analysis, develop metrics, synthesize information and present insights to support strategic decisions. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you design and implement methodologies, dashboards and presentations, all while partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.

Title : Analyst - Business Intelligence

Reports To : Sr. Director Strategy & Operation

Qualification : Candidates only from IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITs, DCE and NSIT.

Years of Experience : 5+ years of professional experience. 1-3 years of experience in Data Analysis.

Principle Accountabilities :

Develop Systems to Collate Data :

- Work yourself and with engineers to gather data from multiple sources including sales, product, and customer databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making.

- Work with several large and complex SQL/NoSQL databases.

Conduct Data Analysis :

- Verify data quality to ensure accurate analysis and reporting.

- Perform analysis using all available sources of information (product usage data, user insights, revenue data, CRM etc.) and see beyond the numbers to understand how users interact with our core/business products.

- Influence strategies through fact-based data-driven insights and analysis.

- Create innovative solutions to an extensive range of complex data analysis requests.

Business Data Flow & Operations :

- You will be maintaining the all tools, logic & data flow related to handling business operations including CRM, marketing software etc.

Maintain Cross Functional Communication :

- Own monthly reporting (MIS) to the board of investors.

- Understand information needs of various functions, translate their requirements into coherent Business Intelligence (BI) reports and share information on an ongoing basis.

- Ensure all updates are shared in a timely fashion with all the relevant stakeholders.

- Work with cross-functional teams to develop experiments and analyze impact on success metrics like user acquisition, engagement, revenue etc.

Requirements capabilities :

- Ideal candidate would be someone who is expert in programming and technical project management.

- Expertise in working with spreadsheets and SQL databases

- Hands-on with statistics, quantitative modeling and predictive modeling.

- Experience in conducting in-depth data analysis and creating insightful reports.

- Comfortable with working on multiple projects and multiple data sources concurrently.

- Expert in advanced analytics techniques coupled with the ability to form hypotheses and draw meaningful business insights.

- Detail Oriented with excellent Analytical and Quantitative Skills.

- Good Logical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems.

- Must be persistent, and enjoy working in a fast paced, results oriented and evolving environment.

- Exceptional communicator. Must be able to clearly articulate, visualize and present analytical work to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Exceptional leadership skills as you will be managing the team of engineers, and business operation analysts .
