This person should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, love problem solving and thrive in a startup culture.   What You- ll Do  Execute operational strategies for all of Wizely customer service channels including but not limited to Mobile App (Agent), Mobile App (Cognitive BoT), Emails, FB, Twitter etc by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses, defining user requirement and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.   Maintain and manage the knowledge base from customer query and service response and improve the Mobile App (Cognitive BoT) response width and accuracy over a period of time  Sitting at the helm of a large services team, be responsible for both the deployment and day-to-day operations of the customer environments  Grow the team and provide training for existing team members  Ensure 100% uptime of the customer's digital presence  Serve as an escalation point to resolve customer issues  Get involved in testing new technologies to improve the existing stack and will act as a decision maker through the buying process  Manage the knowledge base from customer query and service response.   What You Need To Know/Have  5+ years of experience in customer service function  Candidate with experience in startups who has hands on setting up customer service function & processes will be given preference  Customer Focus, Customer Service, Verbal Communication, Process Improvement, Problem Solving, People Skills, Teamwork, People Management, Managing Processes, Emphasizing Excellence
