Responsibilities :

- Must have minimum 1-10 years of excellent work experience in Major Account / sales management experience in IT staffing with excellent contacts with Tier one companies, direct clients, preferred vendors and should be able to get immediate business

- Should have experience in bench sales

- Must be a confident Self-Starter with experience in staffing services

- Must have high degree of drive, self-motivated and excellent communication skills.

- Must have worked in developing direct Clients relationship.

- A technical degree or hands on experience in technology would be useful (but not necessary)

- Worked as a recruiter from the past (would help but not needed)
