- 12 to 15 years
Bachelors degree in engineering
- 12- 15 years in IT security domain
- High proficiency in sales
- Very good communication skills
- MBA - (optional)
- At least 5 years in a sales role is mandatory
- Good understanding of security technologies and like - SIEM technologies, SOC operations, infra security (firewall, AV, IPS, etc) Identity and Access management
- Great networking skills.
- Security certification like CISSP and CISA will be an added advantage
- Have carried a sales target of minimum USD 5 million.
- Very good understanding of managed security services and have proven experience in closing managed services deals.
- Should have a good CIO/CISO connect
- Have thorough understanding of client security environment.
- Very good understanding of India Market
- Good connect with product vendors like IBM, Oracle, CA and other major vendors.
