The Job Description:  Will be responsible to ensure all accounting of the entity is done as per prescribed accounting standards, in compliance to local laws, regulation and taxes, process control gaps & remediation.  SKILLS REQUIRED - TECHNICAL ATTRIBUTES:  a) Expert knowledge on IFRS, IND AS, SEBI requirement esp. Regulation 33, Annual Reporting requirements under Companies Act, Knowledge about SEC Exchange act, filing requirements viz Form 20F for SEC.  b) Should be able to handle a large team of min. 30 people plus.  c) Should carry excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  d) He or she will be expected to do advocacy with various bodies viz. IASB, MCA, SEBI etc to represent matters concerning the company. Working knowledge into advanced accounting.  e) Knowledge in applicability of taxes like Service Tax, Sales Tax and TDS. Working knowledge in SAP.  f) Earlier experience in Internal Audit to help in identifying process gaps and quick remediation.  g) Accounting knowledge in multi-currency environments and multi GAAPS will be preferred  SKILLS REQUIRED - COMPETENCIES :  - Very good overdrive and assertiveness quotient.  - Capability to work autonomously with minimal need for guidance.  - Can putt procedures in place to prevent recurrence of common problems.  - Provides clear rationale and supporting data to back recommended solutions.  - Works with cross functional team and has an eye for details
