Audit Execution:  - Lead and deliver assigned audits and assignments with high levels of quality and as per the internal methodology.   - Ensure that the assurance plan is executed with audit team members and report released to the auditee and management team. The key observations are reported to Chairman, Audit committee (Constituted by the board of directors)  - Ensure that the audit report includes recommended actions signed off with the auditee.   - Identify good practices and savings potential through the Audits and Operations Reviews.  - Provide support to business by taking up critical areas as - Operational reviews- (OR). This is a joint effort between business and Audit team e.g. reduction in onboarding time for resources in specific account.  - Development of team members and guidance on auditing techniques.   Customer satisfaction:  - Satisfaction of the auditee as well as Top management and Audit committee. The same is measured through a satisfaction survey.  Center of Excellence:  - Drive identified areas in center of excellence in Information Systems, Cyber Security, Fraud, Financial processes/Sox, Social media, etc.  Skills required:  - Strong Auditing skills  - Strong Communication skills (verbal and written)  - Execution skills
