Role Description :
- Articulate, Drive & Manage all HR lifecycle Processes within the Vertical
- Partnering with business leaders for all employee related initiatives
- Leading HR Generalist activities for a Vertical with employees spread across the globe.
- Ensuring excellence in service delivery, for HR processes i.e. performance appraisal, Annual rewards and recognition etc. Managing Service level agreements. Employee advocacy and grievance handling.
- Design and implement talent management and retention activities
- Strategize different methods to increase talent retention rate
- Proactively lead Employee Engagement activities in the Vertical
- Develop succession for key leadership through an optimum blend of internal and external talent
- Drive external and global HR best practices
Education / Experience/ Knowledge and Skill requirements:
- 6-12 years of overall experience in HR (IT Industry exp preferred)
- Full time MBA (HR) from premier Institute.
- Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub systems. Exposure to Line HR role would be considered as an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Customer orientation - understanding the true need of the customer and then working out the solutions.
- Ability to interact confidently with Senior Leadership.
- Display sustained energy and determination in the face of obstacles to set and meet challenging targets
- Ability to work in diverse teams
- Interpersonal sensitivity; ability to relate to individuals and develop sustained working relationships is key.
- High on persuasiveness which helps drive closures of HR processes.
