- Should have relevant sales experience of 15 years or more
- Should have managed a sales team for 5 years or more
- Should be well versed with Infra services and has relevant experience of selling infra services for 5 years or more.
- Should be well versed with customers in Delhi-NCR territory.
R&R
- Implementing sales plan for the region and driving it to achieve desired goals.
- Responsible for achieving OB plan for the region thru Hunting and Farming accounts.
- Sales management and sales operations management
- People management for the sales team
- Ensure proper coverage of the sales territory by optimum allocation of sales resources.
- Work with teams of other LOBs to create a winning proposition for multi LOB cases.
- Manage relationship at customer CxO level for identified accounts.
Should be well versed with Infra services and has relevant experience of selling infra services for 5 years or more.
