Location - Bangalore	  Position Job Title - Quality Black Belt			  Band - C1  Process - Global Technology Major 						 The Position	 					 The Senior quality Black belt will be responsible for driving quality initiatives and Black belt projects for a leading Global Technology Major.  He will work with client Business leaders and a highly skilled  team of analytics and programmers in the KPO doman in Driving, mentoring and training optimization projects. Optimization projects are focused on analytics and emerging technologies. Resource will be exposed to advanced technologies and analytics tools.  The candidate should have a flair to learn and adapt with the changing technology landscape of the customer.						 						 PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES						  Candidates will be responsible for 						  1. Support process excellence initiatives and drive improvement projects in Data management and Reporting domain.  2. Drive benchmarking and best practices deployment across Data management and reporting accounts.  3. Understand potential customer dis-satisfaction drivers and proactively mitigate any CSAT risks.  4. Work closely with customers and operations leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and drive them to closure.  5. Drive projects to improve and maintain the profitability of the process.  6. Drive a culture of process improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen on the process floors.  7. Drive standardization practices on the floor and ensure strict compliance in internal and client defined processes.  8. Ensure all process metrics are met.  9. Mentoring and training teams "						 						 CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED						  - Good data analytics and problem solving skills.  - Experience in managing Quality/ Process Excellence initiatives for Data Management projects with exposure to both front office and back office operations.  - Must have led/ driven six sigma and lean projects for Technology clients.  - Good understanding of data management and analytics domain.  - Must have worked in cross functional teams and demonstrated ability to drive change in the process.  - Excellent oral and written communication skills.  - Exposure to high end analytics tools like SAS, SPSS, Predictive Analytics and Social Media Analytics etc.  - Experience in driving high impact transformation projects involving technology and process re-engineering.  - Understanding of basic P&L and accounting practices.  - Knowledge on PMP and end to end project management
