Wipro - Practice Manager - BPO - Retail/CPG (14-20 yrs)

This is a Practice Sales position that requires business acumen to evangelize and sell to CxO type management. The functions we outsource include. Experience to sell back-office shared services operations (F&A, HR, SCM, Legal) BPO work. We outsource to offshore locations globally demonstrating business value.

Wipro Technologies is looking for a Practice Manager – BPO with the following experience/skills:

- Demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives (Operational Heads, Shared Services Executives, CFO, CPO and HR divisions)

- Experience in generating demand / pipeline and establish client contacts on a proactive basis inside and out of existing accounts.

- BPO services selling experience in Retail and consumer goods industry.

- Experience in selling BPO services such as F&A, Procurement, SCM , HRO and KPO

- Experience with transformation through BPO Shared Services.

- Experience in driving and leading cross-functional teams remotely – excellent communication, organization, and project management skills required.

- Revenue targets for bookings and billings adaptability

- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen quality approaches

- Experience in working with offshore (e.g. India-based) service providers and multiple-timezones

Roles and responsibilities :

- Biz Dev (demand generation and pipeline) and driving new order bookings for BPO Service Line

- Lead RFx process, soln. presentations & client workshops

- Solutioning, pricing & selling cross portfolio of BPO services by leveraging onsite-offshore model

- Identify & drive pricing models in opportunities.

- Independently develop and lead / driving client engagements and account / sales plans.

- Evangelizing BPO value proposition and building relationships with C-Level executives

Candidate needs to have strong ability to focus on:

- Demonstrating business acumen to generate proactive demand and win BPO deals.

- Developing high CSAT

- Accountability and closure of actions with urgency and proactiveness

- Teamsmanship in matrixed organization
