Key Responsibilities:
- Presales: support in identifying, pursuing, closing sales opportunities, including proposal creation and presentation
- Create service offering, Solutions and IP’s considering the right Pyramid structure
- Define competence development for the practice
- Own and execute plans to achieve order booking and revenue goals for the practice
- Anchor forming of center of excellence and create, execute business Plan including GTM activities
- Define Road Map for Technology, defining strategy/Process, Solution Offerings, Technology Consulting and Thought Leadership
- Strategize on Business trends, Forecast, Identification and management of Key Alliances
- Estimate the project/solution development effort and resource requirements
- Provide a consultative approach to customer and pre-sales
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical discipline and 10+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In depth technical knowledge in Peripherals and printing domain.
- Strong business communications skills with the ability to work in a team-based setting.
- Strong analytical skills, technical knowledge in product engineering area
- Strong background of coding/testing, design, architecture skills including working knowledge of design patterns, libraries
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to drive for results
- Passionate, Committed, Dedicated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Good written and oral communication skills, presentation skills
Preferred: Cross-discipline engineering experience.
