- Hands on experience in the digital marketing space with a Global Advertising or CPG company
- Should have had a grounds up experience in designing / executing digital marketing campaigns and digital media/channels
- Past experience of having worked closely with Creative Leads, Copywriters and Content Strategists
- Should have a good appreciation of the digital technology landscape
- Exposure to global practices/processes in digital marketing
- Willingness to work 24/7 - needs to be comfortable with working in shifts
- Strong interpersonal and influence management skills
- Excellent Communication and listening skills
- Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve the problem with a win-win negotiation approach
- Excellent collaboration capabilities.
- Aptitude for understanding technology
- Independent decision making.
