Educational Qualification : CA or MBA (Finance) from tier 1 Institutes or CFS

Professional Qualification : if any CA or MBA (Finance) from tier 1 Institutes

Skills ( Must Have) : Revenue accounting in IT / BPO industry

- Ability to negotiate contracts

- Ability to defend commercial proposal

- Customer facing skills

- Knowledge of operating parameters in ITES industry

- Should have been in finance leadership position for a business unit / vertical in ITES companies

- Skills( Good to have) IFRS

Experience ( Minimum) : 9 years

Experience( Maximum) : 12 years

Job Description :

- Demonstrated ability to build pricing models.

- Ensuring the contract with customer are adhered as per the terms agreed

- Representing and negotiating with customer on contractual terms and conditions

- Tracking operational performance and building best practices to ensure profitability

- Drive excellence to improve profitability and resource utilization

- Re-negotiation of prices in event of change in terms and condition or cases where business dynamics are different than that assumed at the time of commercial agreement.

- Ensuring Correct and timely billing and collections to manage DSO.

- Work with pricing team for validating and ensuring correctness of all cost and necessary approvals are in place for pricing to be submitted.

- Highlight financial risk in the solution proposed and working to mitigating it.

- Critically evaluate the solution for financial efficiency and work with the team to optimize, should there be an opportunity.

- Team player and demonstrated ability to create and lead teams
