Job Description :

- Sourcing candidates across different levels and functions for clients

- Specialist in Recruitment space in IT Industry

- Drive specific hiring programs for critical roles & accounts

- Overall requisition management

- Talent Acquisition spokesperson and representative in business meetings

- End to end hiring

- Strategize fulfillment as per recruitment forecast

- Hiring through Employee Referral

- Conduct exhaustive market research on competitor's business trends and strategic hiring

- Client/customer engagement on hiring fulfillment.

- Assist in internal communication mailers for TA

- Initial screening and profile-checks.

- End-to-end recruitment for various positions across different Business Units.

- Interaction with the business in terms of resource plans, requirement prioritizing, status reporting and updates on hiring.

- Work closely with hiring managers for offer roll out.

- Database management, MIS reporting & updating in-house candidate tracking tool.
