The Job Description:
Role: India Employee Benefits
The role would be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and anchoring Wipro Employee Wellness and Benefits by collaborating with various internal teams and external partners to ensure best in class benefits offerings for Wipro Employees across India. The person would also need to network in the market and garner thoughts on best practices in the areas of employee benefits- disciplines and contributing to the development of new concepts and standards. The person would be managing spot rewards and recognition end to end globally, including long service awards, portal management, promotions, upgrades and vendor reviews.. The position will be a part of the Compensation and Benefits core team and report into the India Head for Employee Benefits.
Education / Experience / Skills & Competencies:
- Post graduate in Human Resources from premier B-School with approximately 2-4 years of post MBA relevant work experience
- Prior experience in Employee Rewards/ Benefits will be preferred
- Analytical agility and creativity
- Knowledge of market trends/ best practices and all Indian laws and regulations ensuring compliance
- Keen eye for detail and process automation.
- High initiative & drive to execute
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stretch to meet job demands when required
