Role overview:   - Responsible for providing HR support for employees for the account   - This includes design and implementation of Human Resources programs, processes, policies, and partnering with managers to meet business goals.   - Act as the HR touch point, responsible to drive key HR processes such as SKIP, Performance management, merit salary increase and appraisal etc.   - Employee relations champion: Drive employee engagement initiatives resulting in effective employee advocacy.   - Discuss employee concerns/ behavior and proactively address issues.   - Drive the talent management and retention charter and manage the people engagement mandate of organizing various events and interventions.   - Implement engagement initiatives for employees in Unit.   Education & Experience:   - Post Graduate in Human Resources, from Premier B School is a must  - 7 - 9 years of exp (post MBA in HR)  Skills and Competencies needed:   - High on initiative and drive - needs to be able to drive results and work quite independently   - Excellent business partnering skills   - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail   - Sound Knowledge/Exposure of the HR processes, policies and sub systems   - Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills with the ability to adapt style to all levels of management and employees.
