Inviting applications for HR Business Partner role in Banking Vertical. Working for Banking presents to you an opportunity to learn business and operating environment of global banking clients, work with strong cross functional business leadership team and design HR programs to enable growth, drive customer and employee satisfaction.

Here's what the Business Leadership team expects from HR Business Partner

- Understand Vertical & Account business plan and operating environment

- Interact with Vertical & Account leadership teams in an effort to translate business needs into integrated Human Resources solutions

- Interpret and advice to business leaders to enhance people capability and ensure adherence to Corporate HR policies, programs and standards

- Partner with various Business support functions and business on matters of workplace issues and arrive at resolutions

- Plan and successfully deliver annual HR processes related to Performance Management, Talent Review Planning, Merit Salary increase and Progression, ensuring the needs of the Account teams and Corporate HR are met in a timely and efficient manner

- Anticipate and plan for future talent capability needs by analyzing and interpreting workforce information, reviewing results of EPS, and discuss top of mind issues and concerns with Account leadership teams and HR leaders

- Drive employee engagement charter in a structured and effective manner to motivate and create positive work environment

- Share people intelligence, propose and implement proactive retention measures and have periodic reviews with account leadership

To be successful in this role

- Must be a self-starter with the proven ability to manage a diverse work group

- Must have the ability to persuade and influence business leaders

- Must be a team player, who takes the initiative to build relationships with business teams and have the ability to develop innovative and effective solutions to people issues

- Must have a strong understanding of HR governance, HR policies and programs

- Should have strong knowledge of program management, implementation planning capability
