Role and responsibilities:   - Partner with leadership from functions to implement HR initiatives.   - Implementation of HR processes across the Service Functions.   - Track trends in employee concerns/ behavior and proactively address issues.   - Drive the talent management and retention charter and manage the people engagement mandate of organizing various events and interventions.   - Implement engagement initiatives for employees of Service Functions.   Education and Experience:   - Post Graduate in Human Resources from a premier college, with 4 to 7 years of work experience.   Skills and Competencies needed for both these roles:   - High initiative and drive - needs to be able to drive results and work quite independently   - Excellent business partnering skills   - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail   - Sound Knowledge/Exposure of the HR processes, policies and sub systems.
