Job Requirements / Technical Skills Required :

1. Should have at least overall 15 + years of experience of being involved in various roles centered around development, implementation, design or architecting information systems.

2. Should have at least 8-10 Years of Experience leading large Infra Security or Data Security or Identity Management Rollout Programs.

3. Should have the experience of having managed the delivery of multiple programs in Enterprise Security Management areas

4. Should have deep experience and expertise in interacting with various stakeholders [Application, Infra, Data Centres, Cloud, Business etc] in an Enterprise Security Programs

5. Should have been a part of the IAM Governance board in at least ONE Identity Management program

6. Should have Managed the delivery for large data centre migration programs.

7. Deep knowledge in any of the Identity/data/ infra security product is a must.

8. Should have been Involved in developing identity management strategies, architectures and implementation plans

9. MUST have very good expertise of Production Rollouts

10. Should have experience in Managing a Global Delivery Model, with teams spread across multiple locations [Onsite and Offshore]

11. Should have the ability to envisage risks proactively and manage the programs on a day to day basis.

12. Should have very good People and Team Management skills.

13. Must have managed 100+ people teams

14. Should have Experience managing tasks and integration through the full system development lifecycle.

15. Should have knowledge in Agile methodology.

16. Should have experience in estimation techniques for large implementation programs.

17. MUST have interacted with MULTIPLE Business and Technology Stakeholders in the enterprise to Solicit, Understand and Document requirements and use cases

18. VERY STRONG Oral and Written Communications skills.

Role & Responsibilities

- Responsible for Delivery Management of Single or Multiple Streams of an Enterprise Security programs spread across IDAM, Data and Infrastructure Security.

- Responsible for validating the RFP responses and estimations.

- Responsible for leading and facilitating project initiation and planning sessions, including business requirements discussions,

- Responsible for driving standardization across all System Integration Programs.

- Responsible for driving value add and customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for managing different levels of stakeholders, Juggle one or more delivery streams, Couple of steps ahead of delivery deadlines expectations

- Strong communications and client presentation skills

- Desire to work in a constantly changing environment as IT Security Advisors

- Application development or architecture experience a definite advantage

- Excellent knowledge of security in the SDLC
