Position details:   - This position will be responsible for developing a competitive employee value proposition for Wipro in the specific Geo through leading edge compensation programs.   - The role requires an analytical approach in proposing well researched solutions to strategic and operational matters.   - A strong execution and operational focus and a keen interest to learn, innovate and improve existing policies, programs and processes are key.   Key Responsibilities:  - Analyze business needs and design, recommend and implement tailor made business aligned compensation programs in close coordination with the Geo/BU HR Teams.  - Maintain competitive base pay structures and salary ranges. Conduct ongoing competitive market pricing for jobs in the region. Make recommendations regarding appropriate compensation levels and structure.   - Participate in external compensation surveys; provide detailed analysis on competitive position, trends and recommend program adjustments/updates.   - Understand Geo specific regulations and ensure compliance of Wipro processes and practices (including keeping abreast of changes that are announced from time to time in various countries).  - Study of existing processes and enhance effectiveness through automation/changes  - Design, innovate and execute major compensation initiatives: Merit Salary Increase, Progressions, Fitments etc.  - Interact closely with the recruitment engine, competency development and delivery organizations to ensure compensation programs are agile and adaptable to the evolving market realities.   - Serve as go-to compensation advisor for the BU HR Teams. Assess business or organizational need and provide support as appropriate.  - Work closely with Comp operations team or Finance or other support teams to ensure effective implementation of comp programs.   Education / Experience / Skills & Competencies:   - Masters in Human Resources from a premier B School, with minimum 24 months of work experience in HR role (Preferably C&B).   - Analytical bent of mind with an ability to question status quo.  - Execution and operational excellence.  - Ability to deal with ambiguity and challenging situations.  - Inherent interest in problem solving & numbers.  - Thoroughness with a keen eye for details.
