- Negotiating with the vendor on cost Plan & recommend budgets for all ER events.
- Suggest various programs which suits the BU requirements.
- Awareness programmes to Handle employee referral queries and Posters, Flexi Helpdesk, ER presentation, Query handling.
- Training recruiters on ER Policies and Procedures
Roles & Responsibilities
- Educating new joinees on the ER program of WT.
- Being Informed about the changes in the competition/ market and recommend changes.
- Suggest various programs which suits the BU requirements ( Double Dhamaka, ER benefit fo Hires less that 25 months for niche skills)
- Included ASEAN countries in ER benefits, An Onsite Initiative Study the new GEOs and come up with an suggest ER benefits & policies.
- Send Mailers for Pending Joinees Weekly with the current open positions.
- Awareness programme- Handle employee referral queries ( Helpdesk) Training recruiters on ER Policies and Procedures.
- Awards to be given based on the policy and different programs run at different timelines.
- Posters, Flexi's Helpdesk, ER presentation, Query handling, Games with prizes.
- Mailers sent to employees on open positions, special ER drives.
- Change in the policies and programs.
- Communication on Award winners.
- Meeting Vendors for Certificates, gifts & goodies.
- Negotiating with the vendor on cost.
- Review the budget for the previous years and recommend the budget for the coming year.
- Plan & recommend budgets for all ER events Interaction with TA-Marketing team -For promotional mailers and marketing.
