Zonal Manager / Regional Sales Manager - (Top B Schools only)  This position will overlook the sales contribution through the General Trade channel in the given region.  Reporting to the GT Sales Head, the position will be responsible for the following :   - Achieving regional goals, developing localized business plans & ensuring overall plan implementation  - Planning and implementing business strategies for achieving secondary as well as primary targets.  - Exploring potential business avenues to penetrate new accounts and expand existing clientele  - Manage business operations with field force in general trade across the region at various levels including ASMs, Sales Officers,  - Managing Team of ASMs, & SO - Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.   - Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.   Skills Sets:  - Should be from top B Schools with a minimum of 13 + years of experience in FMCG Companies  - Must have extensive geographical knowledge of the region for which the applicant has applied for  - Good commercial acumen.  - Team Management - Should be able manage large team of ASMs & sales officers
