JOB Responsibility :
1. Agency management :
a. Managing agency relationships to ensure deliverable are met in terms of campaign planning & implementation
b. Briefing, setting campaign objectives, media planning and buying post campaign evaluation and analysis
c. Benchmarking and negotiation
d. Competitive scanning and reporting
e. Work with media vendors to negotiate rates
f. Should have good understanding of channels rates, CPRP etc.
2. Drive strategic direction:
a Use of consumer insights to deliver marketing value in communication planning
b. A data-based and analytical approach to defining key market communication strategies
3. Innovation:
a. Experience in emerging media like mobile marketing, online media, etc. would be an added advantage
4. Internal stakeholder management:
a. Work closely with various brand team to deliver on brand and marketing objectives in a holistic way
c. Bringing to the table opportunities in line with brand objectives
d. Manage weekly performance reports, MIS etc. as necessary
Qualifications :
PG - MBA/PGDM - Advertising/Mass Communication
Candidates having experience in FMCG media planning and buying will be preferred but not mandatory.
