Job Purpose:  This position will overlook the sales contribution through the Institutional Sales channel in the given area.  Responsibility:  - Delivering Sales Target assigned for West Zone /Area  - Managing Team - Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance  - Liaison with CSD Head office for all HO issues like price revision, graphic changes, consumer offers, collections etc.  - People Management - Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with business partners to ensure smooth operations.  - Driving Local sales promotion schemes, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.   - Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS reporting  Skills/Qualifications:  - Candidates with FMCG exposure at a managerial level   - Education Qualification: MBA ( Tier I Bschools)  - Experience: 3 + years of experience as a manager (ASM) preferably having spent some time in CSD - CPC channel.  - Fluent in English & Hindi.
