(RD- Redistribution).  Field force Management : Managing a team of sales officers, Retention of workforce, ensure induction, appraising, their motivation, coaching and grooming future managers.  Branch management : Administration, Overheads, Inventory management. Handling compliance issues.  MIS :   - Data management. Process Initiatives- ECO & Wisdom software.  - Track of competition - Market intelligence.  - Assessment of media effectiveness: through channel partners and consumer contact.  Skills/ Qualification :   - Candidates with FMCG exposure at a managerial level   Education Qualification: MBA (Tier I Bschools)   Experience: 5 + years of experience in FMCG sales.   Good communication skills
