Knowledge & Skills:  1. Hands on experience in operations roles. Sound knowledge in Investment banks & capital markets.   2. Must have in depth knowledge & working experience in KYC & AML  a. Client Identification Program (CIP): Carryout CIP on behalf of financial institutes (FI) for opening the account/establishing relationship with prospective customer. Identify & validate documents, purpose of account opening, negative checks etc. and classify customer as either low, medium or high risk  b. Periodic Review: Assist FI's in carrying out periodic review on their customers at specified intervals based on their risk levels to ensure the information held on file is valid and accurate. Ensure the risk rating is appropriate and documents are up-to-date  c. Remediation: Re-review of the KYC records within a proposed time frame in response to issues identified by internal / external audits  d. Ad-hoc Services: Carryout ad-hoc reviews as per clients request, UAT etc.  e. AML - Transaction monitoring and related remediation projects  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KYC, AML regulations, policies and/or procedures. Have carried out remediation projects, part of regulatory audits, aware of different deduction scenarios, UAT testing etc.  4. Experience in automated KYC onboarding & AML monitoring systems like Actimize, Norkom Detica, Mantas, SAS etc.  5. Good to have been exposed to Fraud Management process across financial institutions in his overall experience & have working knowledge  6. Should have a good understanding of banking & capital markets - should have sold products or services in the core banking and front office/middle-office/back-office areas   7. Must possess excellent verbal/written communication, presentation & analytical skills and project a pleasant demeanor/tone.   8. Must possess excellent PPT, MS Office & MS Visio skills  9. Ability to solve practical problems and carry out his/her responsibilities independently  10. Strong negotiation and reasoning skills  11. Ability to interact effectively at all levels and function in a team environment
