Wipro - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Workforce Management

Urgently looking for WorkForce Management professional (Assistant Manager/Dy Manager) to be based at Airoli (Mumbai) with Wipro BPS.

Profile Summary :

- 7+ Year of proven experience in Workforce Management.

- Subject matter expert with thorough understanding of workforce planning programs and principles.

- Strong analytical abilities to provide strategies based on historical and current data.

- Ability to work with senior management teams to ensure clear goals and objectives.

- Excellent knowledge of all phases of Workforce planning, Forecasting, Scheduling and Intra-day functions.

- Proven experience in leading, coaching, mentoring staff and building a strong team.

- Specialist in the WFM Tools (IEX) and Avaya CMS. Minitab & Extensive use of MS office/ Excel spread sheets, and other workforce management tools.

- Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt trained/certified

Experience Summary :

- Directing and steering a team towards the department and organization's objective

- Managing Capacity Planning, Scheduling and Forecasting for clients spanning across Telecom, Travel and Transportation, Healthcare and Financial Services.

- In-depth understanding of workforce optimization in processes across Voice, Email, Chat and back office.

- Plan seat requirements.

- Driving Automation and Standardization across multiple accounts in purview.

- Providing required analytics and building case studies on proposed changes

- Reporting Seat Utilization, Schedule adherence, Intraday Performance and Conformance

- Lead Real Time Support for 1000+ HC Processes across multiple sites/floors
