Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Reports to: Manager or Senior Manager - Talent Engagement & Development

Location: Chennai

Key Result Areas:

- Handling HR related activities for the designated process.

- Managing HR relationship, business partnership role. Would not be part of recruitment or training.

- Assisting the process head to ensure that employee retention initiatives in the process are implemented. Assist in making retention action plans, basis exit feedback.

- Ensure all HR SLAs met, with reference to the process assigned.

- Building & managing relationships with business managers for partnering in all HR issues.

- Handling people processes for the business like performance management, internal growth process, policy & process implementation, employee satisfaction surveys & action plans.

- Run employee engagement initiatives like Skip level meetings, New Manager Assimilation, One on Ones etc. Have touch time with employees through these engagement initiatives.

- Ensure employee grievance resolution

- Will play the role of an individual contributor

Qualification:

Competencies:

- Must have good knowledge of all HR principles, practices and processes.

- MBA from a reputed B-School 2012/13/14 batch (Symbiosis, LIBA, XIMB, XISS, TISS, IIM Indore, IIM Kozikode, MSSW, CBS, IITs, IIPM, XLRI & ICFAI).

- Preference for Chennai based candidates

- Strong in communication and presentation skills.
