Wipro - Account Manager - AMC Services - Healthcare Domain (7-14 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts for selling annual maintenance contracts of support services related to OEMs like Oracle, Cisco, Juniper, EMC and several others.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Leads efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
Accountabilities and Performance Measures :
- Achieves assigned sales quota in named accounts.
- Builds a healthy pipeline of opportunities from both named and net new accounts
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability
- Achieves named customer objectives defined by company management
- Completes named customer account plans that meet company standards
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings
Ideal candidate should have :
- Previous work experience in selling AMC around support services
- BE or B.TECH. MBA will be an added advantage
- Effective Communications & Interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills
- Fair amount of Technology understanding
- Experience of selling to corporates
