Wind World India - Manager/Sr Manager - Business Development (15-20 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Scanning of the Market to identify the potential Investors / Customers and carry out initial assessment for interest of WWIL business.

- Facilitate potential customers with desired project update / information on regulatory frame work.

- Motivate the prospect for under taking site visit / factory to impress WWIL technology and Project Management capabilities.

- Provide critical inputs to Management to form up business plan on regular basis.

- Coordinating with various cross-functional teams including Project teams, Installation teams, Wind Resource Team, Materials team, Production team i.e. Tracking Existing Projects - Execution Status Plan v Actual.

- Ensure timely submission of documents during project execution to protect our due payments and collect in time to support cash flow needs for the projects.

- Information regarding project progress to Marketing, material dispatch and project commissioning, taking care of various statutory and regulatory requirements

Essential:

- Should have the marketing exposure of heavy engineering products.

- Identification and development of key customer account.

- Techno commercial understanding of product and expertise on their unique selling features.

- Arranging the meeting with Sr. officials of clients with company.

- Willingness to travel.

- Should not be from the background of dealers, authorized contractors/small FMCG products.

Skill Sets:

- Implement the designed strategy for delivering breakthrough growth

- Market understanding.

- Financial aspects of Marketing strategies
