Winculum - Assistant Manager/Manager - Analytics (2-7 yrs)
We are looking for a Assistant Manager/Manager Analytics for our Analytics start-up.
Employment type: Full-time
Educational Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech from premier institute or Post Graduate degree in Statistics, Data Mining, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. Certification courses on Analytics from MOOC like Coursera, edX will be a plus.
Required skills-sets:
- Hands on exposure to Machine Learning/Predictive analytics. Must have very strong statistics orientation.
- Proficiency in the use of Python or R, SAS for processing and analyzing data.
- Proficiency in data cleaning and shaping using querying tools such as SQL.
- Exposure to data-visualization tools like Tableau will be a plus.
- Ability to work independently and drive your own projects.
- Exceptional problem solving skills.
- Experience of working with US/ overseas markets is preferable.
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
Role Responsibilities:
On a day to day basis this role will work in the Analytics team and will be responsible for executing projects using analytical techniques, deliver insights, and implement findings. Extract, collate and analyse data from a variety of sources to provide insights to customers. The successful candidate will gain exposure to some of company's most strategic and challenging problems and will collaborate with team members and business partners to recommend appropriate solution and implement them. Develop innovative analytical approaches where existing approaches are inadequate.
