Responsibilities:  Position WTW as an employer of choice locally, through external and internal promotions  Improve the Visibility of WTW as a brand in local job market  Drive associate engagement activity in Mumbai as a focus driven from the initiative as we strive to recruit more top-quality as a part of the overall process  Preparation of Talent communication strategy in close collaboration with HR & BUs  Develop and standardization of all talent communication materials from end to end perspective from the first communication to onboarding and induction  Collaborate to support Recruitment activities offline and online  Measurement of strategy and program effectiveness, competitors mapping etc.  Plan and build our social media presence from a Talent & Brand perspective  Identify the tends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights  Qualifications:  - Degree in Marketing or HR  - 6-8 years of experience in Talent & brand Marketing Communications  - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and activate  - Strong people and communication skills coupled with data driven thinking.
