We are looking for an Wholesale and commercial lending manager for a Captive Finance Unit for Gurgaon location.  - Responsible for managing the overall Wholesale Financing Business for Construction Equipment Division of the company.  - Defining Wholesale Credit Risk Policy and Operational guidelines including credit limits criteria based on risk analysis for dealers and Spare parts stockists.  - Assess on case to case basis extra credit limit to dealers, based on dealer, industry and company requirements.  - Monitoring ageing of dealers and credit recovery along with Dealer Development Cell and Sales Team and initiate corrective actions in order to maintain adequate cash flows and a healthy credit portfolio.  - Collateral Management - Ensure all bank guarantees are as per defined format with no errors, to make sure all bank guarantees are updated in system on timely basis as and when received.  - Portfolio Management  - Dealer Reserve Process management for active Dealers  - Operational Process flow and Documentation for the Institutional and Parts Sales.  - Accurate and timely portfolio reporting.  Note: Candidate should currently be work with Financial Service organisation and handling thorough wholesale portfolio.  Max CTC offered- 12 Lacs  Ketan Srivastava
