We aim to be leaders in a few categories and be a multi-billion $  Team : Professionals from IITs, IIMs with significant experience in Management Consulting and building Internet businesses and good connect with the VC network  Designation : Logistics and Operations Head   Location : Jaipur / Delhi-NCR  Job Responsibilities :   - Define processes for order management and backend  - Define SLAs and set up processes using TP Logictics companies  - Set up warehouses  - Conceptualize and develop dashboards to measure key metrics  - Streamline the complete logistics chain with full ownership of the process  - Managing expectations of various stakeholders business, operations, marketing, technology, legal, taxation etc. and delivering value to sellers and buyers  Qualifications :   - B.Tech/MS/MBA from IIT/IIM/ISB/equivalent foreign schools only with at least 5 years of experience   - Entrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset. Strong sense of urgency and ownership   - Highly customer focused in all approaches  - Strong problem solving, Strategy, Prioritization skills with an eye for detail  - Strong understanding of logistics and its application to solve business needs   - Large Size eCommerce logistics experience required. Experience of being in a start up will be an added plus  - A demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and working with new tools and technologies is essential. Must have a demonstrated ability to recommend the right tools and learn them as autonomously as possible.   - Must be a strong and enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills.   - Hiring, managing and training people in the team to take up responsibilities  - Good experience of working under high pressure environment   - Ability to come up with lots of ideas and improvements on existing operations  - Ability to think deeply through scenarios & offerings   Compensation :  - Cash + equity depending on candidate profile
